Information we collect
We collect account details such as your name, email, company name, selected services, locations, certifications, permits, saved opportunities, tracker activity, and support communications. We also receive ordinary technical information needed to secure and operate the service.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, personalize contract matches, generate requested AI explanations, send alerts, provide support, prevent abuse, measure reliability, and improve the service.
Service providers
We use providers including Supabase for authentication and account data, Square for payment processing, OpenAI for AI-assisted features, Resend for service email, SAM.gov as a public opportunity source, and infrastructure providers for hosting. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate ContractSignal AI, when you direct us, to protect rights and security, or when legally required.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect against abuse. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update matching preferences, unsubscribe from marketing or alert emails, cancel a paid plan, or request access, correction, or deletion of your account information. Some records may be retained when legally required.
